- AS does not store or retain any personal information of all users.
- Any personally identifiable information, including e-mail addresses, gathered by AS during the submit a project, comment or during a user’s use of the site, is not shared with third parties without prior notification to and agreement from the user. User’s e-mail addresses are not published on the web site.
- AS sets cookies only for special features such as project rating system
- AS maintains standard web site log files. This information is for understanding traffic patterns to the web site and contains no personally identifiable information.
- User voting information is maintained in a database with individual identification (to prevent users from voting multiple times for the same item) but is presented on the web site in aggregate form with no personally identifiable information regarding individual votes.
