This project uses OSC(Open Sound Control) iPhone/iPod touch and DMX to control a lighting rig. It doesn’t require a computer once you upload the necessary sketch to the arduino.|link|
Very cool project by Nick.
This Rainbow lamp using 15 SMD RGB LEDs, TLC5940, Arduino, IKEA Storm. This project is not same as previous mood lamp I have posted, it has two mode one is a vu-meter and another is a standard white lamp. [link]
Here is Arduino multi-mode mood lamp with soft touch switch to change color sequencer, dimming light, color chaser, firelight selected by a touch bar on the circuit board. [link]
Mixing something on the net to use in the real world is a very interesting idea. Stephen Varga sent me a great project. He writes :
Here is a link to my first arduino-based project. I’d love if I could get a post and possibly some comments to help me improve the design. Speak to Me/Breathe is a project that shows communication over time by displaying my incoming email messages in Braille format on a large LED driven interface. The project is both an exploration of Braille as a visual 6-bit binary form of communication vs its normal tactile form, as well as a commentary on information security and encryption.
If you are a Twitter user this is a project that you must get one.
This project submitted to me by Bruce Drummond.Bruce writes:
Tweetlite is a white plexiglass cube, 4” x 4” x4” in dimensions. It is powered by Arduino and displays twitter messages as morse code. Each message is displayed in different colors and makes for a great mood light.
